My good friend recently sent me a piece on how to identify fake eggs. Most of it is in Simplified Chinese with bits of English translated. *sigh*

前几天收到转发一封关于假鸡蛋的Email

因为很久很久以前已经看过,再加之今年对于诸如此类事情已然麻木,故没当回事。没曾想,今天同事拿来一个鸡蛋让我们集体开了眼界,至此,甚嚣尘上的食品安全问题终于让我有了第一次如此近距离的直观感受!!

鸡蛋背景:某同事之前在上海南桥镇易初莲花买的盒装"展望乡下土鸡蛋",因为看了之前发的邮件之后回去对鸡蛋多了一个心眼,越看越觉得可疑。于是让其带一个来我们大家对该鸡蛋进行一番鉴别。

大家先对该鸡蛋进行一个整体认识:

不得不承认,该鸡蛋无论从外形,色泽还是手感上,都已经达到了几可乱真的地步,说实话,光从外表看完全看不出这是一个假鸡蛋。

但是,轻轻摇晃该鸡蛋,就会觉得十分之可疑。

鸡蛋里面像有一个固形物来回晃荡,难道孵出小鸡来了???据偶们一个从小养鸡的同事说,即使是"散黄"的蛋也不会是这样的感觉(常买鸡蛋的人都知道,如果是坏鸡蛋即散黄了之后,鸡蛋轻摇起来也会有此类感觉),这种感觉绝对属于不正常。

于是拿来饭盒,准备将该蛋敲入饭盒看个究竟,这不敲不知道,一敲吓一跳:

大家看看上图,这个蛋黄的颜色是否正常请大家见仁见智。我想要说得是蛋黄左面的那一层如卫生纸的薄膜,大家看到了么??给大家来一个特写

君可见过哪个鸡蛋敲开来后,会有一层质地如此坚硬的薄膜???我可以很负责任的告诉大家,这层薄膜我用手拉扯之下居然没有丝毫破损!

有一个细节没有来得及拍下来,那就是在敲开鸡蛋的一瞬间,鸡蛋没有像正常鸡蛋那样立即散入碗中,而是被这层薄膜托住了两三秒钟,形如《天下无贼》里黎叔手剥出来的那个生鸡蛋一样,看到这里我恍然大悟,原来黎叔的最拿手的是做假鸡蛋啊,还是个行家里手,不由得要对冯导产生了由衷的敬佩,冯导用这样一部电影意在向大家揭露一个中国食品行业的安全问题,可惜的是大家都没有领悟,唉,可惜冯导一番苦心啊!


不好意思跑题了,我们继续回来说这个鸡蛋。再给大家上图片

细节二:该鸡蛋敲开之后,蛋壳内部非常的干爽,没有正常鸡蛋敲开之后蛋壳内部所呈现出来的那种黏液,一点都没有,照片可能看不太出来

好了,生鸡蛋演示到此,下面该进行烹饪阶段了

我们用温水对该鸡蛋进行了冲调,搅拌以后,将其放进微波炉,准备做一个鸡蛋羹,中高火,三分钟之后打开看还是一碗稀溶液,

再来三分钟,还是。再来三分钟,仍然是……我们崩溃了,取出这碗全是泡沫的"鸡蛋羹",不好意思,由于技术问题,泡沫看不见了

看看这个"鸡蛋羹",里面全是凝结块,完全不像一个正常的"鸡蛋羹"所应有的状态:

这碗"鸡蛋羹"闻起来,有一股生鸡蛋的那种腥味,但却完全没有熟鸡蛋的那种香味。

结合在没做"鸡蛋羹"之前鸡蛋的那股怪味道,可能这就是化学药剂所调出来的味道吧

这就是本公司的"鸡蛋门"事件的全过程,我们现在都在呼吁买鸡蛋的同事去医院做做体检,因为她已经吃了三盒了!!真是不知道该同事现在是什么心情。
