, on 02-03-2007 13:06 Be sure to prefix all long distance calls with the IP number according to your provider. The cost savings can be quite substantial. For example with China Mobile M-zone during prime time hours the costs with and without dialing the IP number are:
- W/O IP : .70 + .25 = .90 / min
- W/ IP: .1 + .25 = .35 /min
