Xin Nuo Housekeeping

Xin Nuo Housekeeping is a housekeeping, cleaning, moving, and repair service for Hangzhou. They are not able to communicate in English, so make sure you have decent Chinese communication skills if you want to utilize their services. I've been using them for 4 months now on a weekly to bi-weekly basis. I call to request the service one or two days ahead of time, and sometimes right away. They have always been on-time and prompt each time I call. The only service I've ever used them for is cleaning services, which start at 10-12 kuai per hour, minimum rate of 2 hours, which equates to about 20-24 kuai.

I've never had a problem with theft at all with them. Most of them do a good job cleaning, I've only had one where I felt they missed some basic things, like replacing the trash bag.

Xin Nuo is one of the most economical housekeeping services and so far I've been really pleased each time I used them.

When I do move in the future, I might try out their moving services, but so far I highly recommend their cleaning service.
