Myth Cafe

This place is like a second home for expats in Hangzhou. Affordable, good, and quaint, this little place is visited by expats regularly. Myself and friends usually dine here about twice a week for lunch/dinners. Also a good place to take new people to, to enjoy good food without breaking anyone\'s wallet. My favorite dishes are the Mexican Burrito, the omelettes, German dishes, salads, Apple Crisp Turnover (they call it a pie) and their drinks (especially the brandy + chocolate + milk one). I\'ve never tried their Chinese set meals, but my Chinese colleagues say those are decent. My friends and I have also booked this whole place once and threw a farewell party for a friend. The owner/manager of this place is a quiet, low key gentleman and despite having some difficulties in party logistics, he was patient and willing to work with us to find an agreeable price despite things already being underway. My favorite drink is always hand prepared by him, because of it\'s complexity and every time I let a friend try it, they love it. The only reason I didn't give Myth 5 stars is because they don't have a non-smoking section, which reduces the dining experience for non-smokers.
