Accessing Flickr from China (flickr.com logo)

First off, many of you may or may not know. The #1 best photograph sharing website in the world is blocked in China. There are some speculations as to why it was blocked, one was that someone posted photos of a protest that was being physically suppressed in China, on Flickr and caused Flickr to be subsequently blocked.

Whatever the reason may be, I am a heavy user of Flickr and to this date there still is no better online photosharing system out there better than Flickr (Picasa Gallery comes close, but still nope).

So, here are simple step-by-step instructions on how to access Flickr.

1. Make sure you are using the Firefox browser . (Download and Install)

2.  Go to the Firefox Access Flickr Addon page and install the Addon

3. Voila! You can now access Flickr as if it was never blocked.

Enjoy your photo surfing!
