Within 24 hours of moving into your apartment you must register with the local police. Your landlord is needed to register, so bring your landlord and your passport to the local police station. Your landlord should be familiar with this process.

Note: If your VISA changes or gets extended, you will need to re-register with the police. Simply bring your passport and registration form of temporary residence, but not your landlord, to the police station.
